If a problem is detected, real time alerts are sent to our central office which in turn initiates a remote troubleshooting and remediation process. Our success rate typically exceeds 95% - usually before you even know a problem exists and without the need for an on-site service call. Other features of the plan include an extended labor warranty in the event something breaks and you need a technician out to your house to fix it; priority technical support; and scheduled maintenance checkups where we come to your house and check each device for proper operation and perform a firmware upgrades as necessary.
